The project is a new mixed-use residential development consisting of rental and serviced apartments.
The Semba area, where the project site is located, has a grid of streets and avenues and has developed as a textile wholesale district for the cotton and spinning industries.
Some buildings from the early Showa period remain in the neighborhood, and the architectural design was conceived to capture these elements and context.
